Catching Up

So I am a little behind on blogging. It's Wednesday. Monday I completed the "Bob Workout", which was 30 minutes of intense circuit training. It was intense. And it also completed week one of Bob!

I've decided to skip week two. I'm going to jump right to week three, which is two days of strength, two of cardio, and a day of yoga and a day of Bob.

I'm also starting Couch to 5k again today. I've got the app for my iPod, and have a LOT of work to do before the first weekend of May! :)

I've been following the Biggest Loser this season, and have been SO inspired by Ada. She started at 268...and is down to around 160. Amazing. Best Reality show. Seriously.
