So even though no one is reading this blog yet, I am going to pretend that lots of people are...because I love to ask questions.
Does anyone else feel that "rest" days in an exersize program do more harm than good? Yesterday was a "rest" day, and today I am more sore than I was yesterday! Sigh.
Today is Bob's Body Rev/Cardio Conditioning. I'll be sure to report in this afternoon with details of how out of shape I am, how much I couldn't breathe through the workout, and how much I hate it. :)
